For this plane I just cut the vertical stabs off my Rc Plane Kinda Thing and moved around the servos and electronics. It uses depron from rcfoam.com. It flies very slow and it is un stallable. It dose pretty good high alpha and when you slow down and pull all the way back with no power it slowly glides down. I use a 800mah 3 cell for longer flights and I use a 360mah for slower flying.
